We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Warranty Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with the ability to work independently in various environments, including residential settings. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct preventative maintenance covered by warranties and ensure plumbing systems are operating effectively
• Diagnose, repair and replace plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop solutions
• Performing plumbing maintenance and educating homeowners on services
• Providing customers with quality options and closing calls
• Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, water heaters
• Preform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal usage

Experience

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician 
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including drainage, water supply, and heating systems.
• Ability to perform maintenance person tasks related to plumbing installations or repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay Transparency:  

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges around 35-40/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
